We carry orders across the last few kilometres for merchants and cafés. The rider signs every pickup, arrival and handoff, and each step goes straight onto the order the delivery is for, on the buyer's own site. Nobody has to take our word for where your parcel is.

How a signed handover works
Booked
A merchant accepts your order and books us. Our dispatcher opens a delivery leg linked to that order and names the rider.
Ready for pickup
The merchant signs that the parcel is packed and ready. It's their signature, from their own site.
Picked up
The rider signs the pickup. From here the parcel is ours, and your order says so.
At the door
The rider signs arrival at the address on the leg.
Delivered
The rider signs the handoff. The order it serves is updated on the buyer's site, and the leg closes.
Area and rates
Districts 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, Bình Thạnh and Phú Nhuận, 07:00–21:00 every day. Rates are agreed with the merchant and paid off the ledger. The leg records the route, not the fare.
